So apparently I need to lose at least 30 pounds but preferably 40 pounds
According to what my doctor told me. Apparently I’m 166lbs (It was suprising because I don’t think I look 166lbs) and the maximum weight I should be at is 140lbs…so it’s preferred that I be between 120lbs and 130lbs….also I apparently have perfect blood pressure…so I’m doing something right if I don’t have any actual problems but I weigh more than what he thinks I should weigh. I don’t know I’m just frustrated because I don’t think a large majority of my weight is fat. Though I do recognize that I need to be healthier with my eating habits (constantly switching between not enough or too much eating) its just weird and annoying to be told I need to lose a lot of weight especially when it brings back a lot of memories of crying myself to sleep at night because I’m hungry or sleeping all of the time because I’m drained from working out.
