I can’t believe I haven’t posted this yet! I am a longtime Starbucks employee. I’ve seen first-hand how hard it is for people to make the switch from a yummy, sugary drink like a White Chocolate Mocha (hi, diabetes) to a no-nonsense Nonfat Latte (blah). So if you need your caffeine fix but want to stay on the light side of the menu, here’s a helpful rundown of what can work for you!
Personal favorites: Passion Iced Tea Lemonade, Skinny Caramel Macchiato (spelled wrong on the chart), or the new Skinny Mocha when I need a chocolate fix.
Remember: moderation, not deprivation.
