I fucked up my elbow
:( so tomorrow is my rest day from yoga…hopefully it will be a bit better by Thursday
Going to read up on it and then start it. I feel like it will be good for me
It’s going to be sooo hard but I have a good number of posts queued :)
I’m also giving up t.v, video games, and music starting at midnight tonight until next Thursday at midnight …..god it’s going to be hard. I invite you to join me! Spend these 8 days outside being active, running, walking, working out, reading, spending time with friends and so on.
Day 1:Russian twists with 10 lbs (150 reps)
Day 2: forearm Plank (goal is 30 seconds by 2nd week and 1 minute by end of May) Side plank (same goal as regular plank)
Day 3: V-ups (high to low boat) (50 reps)
Day 4: rest
Day 5: bicycle crunches (150 reps)
Day 6: weighted situps (with 10lbs 100 reps)
Day 7: side crunches (100 each side)
