I fucked up my elbow

Went for a run with my boyfriend

He is great motivation….he keeps my pace up and keeps me going. :) Hopefully he and I can do a 5k coming up next weekend.

Guys I got a (karmie?) Job at the yoga studio I go to

I only work one day a week but i get paid with free yoga…..sooo happy I don’t have to pay fir yoga now

I’m giving up tumblr and the internet for 8 days!

It’s going to be sooo hard but I have a good number of posts queued :)
I’m also giving up t.v, video games, and music starting at midnight tonight until next Thursday at midnight …..god it’s going to be hard. I invite you to join me! Spend these 8 days outside being active, running, walking, working out, reading, spending time with friends and so on.

Goals for May!!!!! Wooot!

  1. Do supplemental workouts along with my yoga classes (the month long squat challenge, and ab workouts every day with one rest day. I will write up the ab workouts) 
  2. Do yoga five to six times a week and run every Saturday and Sunday morning. 
  3. Eat healthy (no snacking at school unless the snack is part of my lunch and no snacking after yoga classes) 
  4. Do hip openers every morning and night
  5. Work on tripod 
  6. Start working on side crow

Ab workouts for my May Goals!! (1st-2nd week reps will be cut in half by the 3rd and 4th week it will be full amount or more)

Day 1:Russian twists with 10 lbs (150 reps)
Day 2: forearm Plank (goal is 30 seconds by 2nd week and 1 minute by end of May) Side plank (same goal as regular plank)
Day 3: V-ups (high to low boat) (50 reps)
Day 4: rest
Day 5: bicycle crunches (150 reps)
Day 6: weighted situps (with 10lbs 100 reps)
Day 7: side crunches (100 each side)

Reflection on April Goals (might as well get a head start!!)

  1. Lose 5lbs (I’m still fluctuating in the 140’s and I’m not happy with it)  Yeah. no, I don’t think this happened, I stopped weighing myself like a month and a half ago.
  2. Yoga 5-6 days a week for the month (exception of this first week though because of musical) Completed for the most part, some college and personal things got in the way but for the most part I acomplished this!!
  3. Running once a week (1.5mi-2mi) Yeah, no, I just did a shit ton of yoga
  4. Stick to my juicing “diet” plan  Fuck that shit! Hell no I can’t drink juice anymore :( 
  5. Get 7 hours of sleep a night surprisingly I did accomplish this for the most part :)  
  6. Be able to do an inversion (other than crow) by the end of the month I can now do tripod!!!! :)
