Plan for tomorrow :)
Wake up early and hang out with the boyfriend until he has to leave for band practice. Go to the park and run, be a good daughter and clean the bathroom, finish playing Assassins Creed III
Day 1:Russian twists with 10 lbs (150 reps)
Day 2: forearm Plank (goal is 30 seconds by 2nd week and 1 minute by end of May) Side plank (same goal as regular plank)
Day 3: V-ups (high to low boat) (50 reps)
Day 4: rest
Day 5: bicycle crunches (150 reps)
Day 6: weighted situps (with 10lbs 100 reps)
Day 7: side crunches (100 each side)
I missed morning yoga because I slept in so i’ll just go to evening yoga…..I didn’t get to workout last night because when I was about to go for a run it started hailing and then I had to go to my aunt’s birthday party. Oh well I needed at least one rest day this week anyway.
There is currently no fucking need for me to renew my gym membership. I’m spending $40 on unlimited yoga classes (for a month) and getting toe shoes for running (on Wednesday)…..like I’m not going to go to the gym for all of April because there is no reason if I have home workouts, yoga, and outdoor running…this is going to be a nice change of pace
My boyfriend is awesome. Today we went for a run and he kept motivating me to keep going. We were running up a hill and he was saying “come on babe you can do it. Don’t stop now.” I love him and I wish I could take him with me on every run. He is such an amazing motivator.
